Movie and a Book Club
Each month will feature a different title. Anyone interested may come by the Library and check-out a copy of the book. Each person will have until an appointed time that the group will get together and watch the movie based on the book. Immediately following the movie, the group will have a discussion on both items.
How it works:
After the club has decided what book they want to read next, the Library will order as many books as they possibly can. Club members may borrow their copy of the book if they wish. Members will have one month to read the book before the appointed date for the moive and discussion. On the appointed night, the club will watch the movie based on the book and have a group discussion on the book and the movie.
Who can come:
Everyone of all ages may join the club. The Friends will supply the popcorn at each showing, we ask you bring your own drink and keep everything clean.
